breakfast was chaotic (got our orders mixed up! ). The staff was super friendly, and the private pool in our suite was refreshing. Loved the lush landscaping around the resort and the cozy ambiance in the on-site bar.

Great for families looking for luxury
Had an amazing time here albeit at a bit of a cost but worth it. The private pool in the villa was perfect for my family as it allowed us to unwind together.
It was pricey, though, so be ready for that.

Celebrated my mom's birthday at Gran Melia, and we stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a private pool. The layout was fantastic, with the second bedroom on the upper floor. The staff, especially our butler Truyen, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Louis from the FO team really stood out. he helped my 95-year-old grandmother with buggies and even brought her a chair. It was touching to see such care. One more butler, who wore black-framed glasses, offered help without us even asking, which added a nice touch to our experience. The staff from Hispania restaurant provided excellent service, and the food was enjoyable. Plus, the Song Spa was amazing. I just wish I had visited earlier during my stay. On the downside, the breakfast was chaotic if we went after 8:30 AM. It took a long time to get coffee and food after multiple requests. I think they should inform guests about busy breakfast hours at check-in. Despite the breakfast hiccup, I had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

The Lagoon One Bedroom with Pool features a serene atmosphere, complemented by a private pool that brings relaxation up a notch. Unique artificial lagoons around the resort offer a distinctive aesthetic, despite their concrete walls feeling a bit jarring.
Dining options leave a lot to be desired, especially at the Japanese restaurant where authenticity falters and dried rice falls short of expectations. Additionally, pricing for food and drinks is steep, with costs noticeably higher than similar places in the area.

Gran Melia's food scene totally nails it! From the delicious bites by the poolside to the inventive dishes at Hispania, you won't go hungry here. And shoutout to the exceptional service from Louis and his crew, especially with the thoughtful assistance for my grandmother. The room design is also a big win, ensuring relaxation is a breeze.
Now, about those QR code menus—talk about a mix-up! We had our hearts set on a dish at Shibui, only to find out the menu had changed without a heads-up.
